[REQ] Average daily range indicator + alert. Anyone have?

I was looking for such an indicator when I come across a coding job posting at [Dear Guest/Member you can't see link before click here to register]

I'm mainly looking for one that displays popup alert when the chart is close approaching the ADR with an adjustable number for "how many pips to alert from ADR".

Please share any variations of your indicators. Thanks.
