could some one decompile mql5 exe file ?

hello some one could decompile ad mke workable for mt4 a exe file for mt5 ? it's great scalper that work really good but i have only tested on stategy tester so i can tell nothing else ,if some one could decompile and make workable for mt4 i can attach the file
