Can someone help me to find this EA please

Hi to all

i search an expert advisor who can hedge position with some parameter,

for example:

if an order loss 15 pips the expert must hedge with a specific value
if i have a buy order who lost 15 pip the hedge expert must hedge with
a position of 25% of this with same take profit stop loss than original order

swiss army do half of the job but without hedge volume parameter
