Can any one creat ea for this recovery system

Dear coders can you code this strategy into ea

1: Trade first lot 1

2: If trade is in loss trade 1 after 100 pips eg( 1st lot buy at 1.2800 the trade second on 1.2700) and calculate average price

3: If the both trades in loss the open a trade with 2 lots after 100 pips and calculate average price

4: If all trades in loss the open 4 lots after 100 pips and calculate average price

all trades exit on break even plus 30 pips

in worse scenario if market not reverse the repeat upper steps one by one and close one trade in loss fifo system
